Dr C.B. Gupta topped the M.Com. Examination of the University of Delhi in 1970. He earned his PhD in 1982 from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He has been teaching B.Com. (Hons.) and M.Com. classes since the 1970s. He has also been visiting faculty in several management institutes for their PGDM Course in NCR. He has also taught CA, CS and ICMA classes as a visiting faculty. Dr Gupta has undertaken post-doctoral research projects. He has more than forty books and twenty-five research papers to his credit. He has presented papers at several national and international conferences. He is a member of the All India Management Association.
A Psychologist and soft skills trainer for the last 14 years, she holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a UGC Net qualified UGC NET. Currently, she is pursuing a doctoral research degree focussing on the new age advances driving high-performance work systems. She has done extensive research in effective leadership and behaviour modification. She has been involved in various training institutes, corporate giants such as Times of India, Fortis Heart Care Hospital, leading Merchant Navy Officers training institute ARI, Credentia (UK), Global Technologies Ltd. (UK), for developing content for soft skill development programs and taking training sessions for the same.
