Shri Ashish Goyal, is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate. He is practicing as an Advocate, in High Court Matters and also in Tribunal Matters. His area of Core Competence is Tax Solicitation. He has been contesting cases before High Court and Tribunal which involve cases relating to Tax Holiday, Search, Survey and Cross Border Taxation. He has excelled in academics since his schooling. He was batch topper at his school. He has secured all India Third Position in Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He is a penal member of DISA faculties.  In his efforts to remain updated, Ashish had been associated as the Chief Editor in Income Tax Judgments (ITJ), a Tax Fortnightly published in Central India Region reporting the latest decisions of Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals Relating to Direct-Taxes and Service Tax. He has also been the Secretary at the Tax Bar at Tribunal. He is teaching the subject of Direct Tax at Nahata Professional Academy since last 10 years and has taught more than 10000 students.
