Sailing through exams for professional courses has never been easy. It is more of a smart work rather than hard work. For Nov 23 exam students must be having 5-6 months to complete the syllabus as well as revise all the subjects properly and secure good marks.

As you know CA Final Both Groups includes 8 subjects. So accordingly student must complete their syllabus by July or Aug Mid so that they must be having a proper time for the revision of 8 subjects of CA Final Exam.

Current Revision Assumption

We assume that you have previously completed all the lectures of 8 subjects and are planning to complete the revision of all the lectures till the 3^rd Week of Oct 2023. However, if you feel that any of your subjects still needs proper preparation, then you must start the studies from now itself.

So now your 1st level of study i.e the completion of syllabus from the videos or class lectures for all the subjects of both groups must be completed by Aug Mid. And then we should plan to revise the the whole syllabus atleast 2 times with an extra revision of important Topics of all the subjects till the 3rd week of October. 

Number of Revision Before Nov 23 Exam

Sometimes students are unnecessarily plan something which are likely to be impossible to do before the exam. Generally they plan for 3-4 revision before the exam which is not a wise decision so they must plan for 2 revision of full complete syllabus plus an extra revision for the important topics which is scoring in the exam.So at first students must realise the quality over quantity.

Planning For Nov 23 Based on May 23 Exam

Steps which are Non- Negotiable till Aug Mid

Step 1: Lectures of all subjects must be completed

Step 2: Read Along with the class

Step 3: Self Study in depth - Once

Planning for the Days Pending before the Exam

If we complete the syllabus according to the above planning then we are left with 85-90 days for 8 subjects revision in depth i.e 11 days for each subject which is quite good. But for this student must plan smartly as they must plan the no. of hours in a day.

Note: Try to complete 100 % coverage for all the subjects by taking Full course of all the subject.

Above is hypothetically a macro planning but under this student should do the micro planning for the hours given to each subject such as:

- In- depth Study

- Knowledge Oriented

- Note duration

- Solve- Practical

- Theory- Tricks

A day spent today is worth it if it saves an hour before the exam.

During this period, student should focus on understanding the paper pattern and prepare himself accordingly. So complete the syllabus with a proper understanding of the content of all the subject till Aug Mid because its important as it gives students a clear idea about the syllabus pattern of all the subjects to identify themselves.
