CA Inter Exam Pattern at a Glance
Each of the six New Scheme papers carries 100 marks over a 3-hour exam, with a mix of descriptive and case-study/objective questions depending on the paper. Refer to the ICAI notification for your attempt for the exact objective-question weightage and negative marking policy per paper.

To clear the level you need a minimum in each individual paper and a minimum aggregate across both groups. Score above the paper threshold and you may also earn an Exemption carry-forward — always confirm the current threshold on the ICAI notification for your attempt.
How to Actually Use These Resources
Downloading everything is not a strategy. This is the sequence we recommend for a CA Inter attempt:
1. Build the base
- Work through ICAI Study Material chapter by chapter, alongside your video lectures.
- Check Section-wise Weightage first and give the heavy-weight chapters your best hours.
- Prepare concise revision notes while studying — highlight key concepts, formulas, adjustments, and important points so you can revise the entire syllabus quickly before the exam.
2. Practise under pressure

3. Revise and consolidate
