Katha Upanishad 2.2.13

नित्योऽनित्यानां चेतनश्चेतनानामेको बहूनां यो विदधाति कामान् ।
तमात्मस्थं येऽनुपश्यन्ति धीरास्तेषां शान्तिः शाश्वतीनेतरेषाम् ॥ १३ ॥

Transalation

nityo'nityānāṃ cetanaścetanānāmeko bahūnāṃ yo vidadhāti kāmān |
tamātmasthaṃ ye'nupaśyanti dhīrāsteṣāṃ śāntiḥ śāśvatīnetareṣām || 13 ||

In the Vedas, in the Katha Upanishad as well as in the Svetasvatara Upanishad,
it is said that the Supreme Personality of Godhead is the maintainer of
innumerable living entities, in terms of their different situations according to
individual work and reaction of work. That Supreme Personality of Godhead is
also, by His plenary portions, alive in the heart of every living entity. Only
saintly persons who can see, within and without, the same Supreme Lord can
actually attain to perfect and eternal peace
